The owners try to make you enjoy your stay as much as they can however the conditions are not what we expected... Small bathroom, small room, good location, not utilities in the rooms, clean but could have been cleaner... I would not recommend for a long stay

We chose Cane apart based on the comments. He did not mislead us. We are leaving satisfied after our 4-day stay. First of all, its location is very good, it is great that it is so close to the center and away from noise and noise. We were able to have a pleasant time in the evenings on the balcony. Room cleaning was adequate. Our disadvantage was that we stayed in the attic, the room was a bit cramped and my wife hit her head a few times. Kitchen supplies are sufficient, but it may be difficult for dinner. There is no table area in the room, a solution can be found with a sunny umbrella on the terrace. Ms. Semra is a solution-oriented business owner, and Mr. Atilla is a very helpful and friendly gentleman. To summarize in one word, it is a perfect price performance place. I would also like to point out that a person wrote in the comments that Atilla Bey was drunk and we logged in on the same day with those people. I cannot comment on the problem with the room, but Atilla Bey was not drunk that day. We communicated quite normally and went to our room. It is now very easy to denigrate places, but it should not be this easy to denigrate people. For this reason, I condemn this unrealistic comment.

We found this hotel on the website. We liked the location, spacious rooms with kitchen and attic. The hotel turned out to be not just clean and cozy. He has a soul. These are his amazing, sincere, compassionate, attentive, kind, sympathetic, smiling, sweet, sunny owners. They made your vacation on this incredible island even more memorable! My wife and I chose Cane motel based on the comments. We stayed for 7 days and we are returning with a heavy heart. The motel is a complete price performance motel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the smiling face of sister Semra and brother Atilla made Avşa more beautiful. I feel like I'm getting a family and coming back. It should definitely be your first choice. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet family holiday away from the loud noise of the beach, as it is located a few minutes away from the beach. It will be my only choice on my next holiday.

The last place to go in Avşa was the shock of our lives. My 5-year-old daughter, me and my wife called, made a reservation, sent our deposit, asked us for 700 TL and talked about it as a small room. When we went, the person called Atilla did not give my 5-year-old child a bed to sleep on, and attacked my wife saying "You paid for two people, two beds", thank God. We got our deposit back, and we trusted the comments saying it was a family hotel. The answer they gave to the negative comments was that they said it was a family hotel, but unfortunately it was difficult to stand up, the reception was zero, luckily we stayed at the Ergüvan hotel, they told us 600 TL for a 3-bed room, they didn't mind the cost of a 5-year-old child's bed. Now they write that this is a family hotel, people like us are fooled like this. Fortunately, his wife was there, it was more reasonable, at least. If you are the owner of the business, it is too drinkable to stay up in the early hours, uncle.

We came with my wife. I gave the stars based on the price performance ratio. If you want to go on holiday with your family, it is a very nice place. Ms. Semra is a very kind woman, she takes care of everything you need as much as they can. You can have family conversations at the tables in front of it. The hostel is 3-4 minutes away from transportation points and the beach. If you want to stay with your family, I can recommend it as the best place you can come. You can come on holiday with peace of mind.

The regulars of this place do not write many comments so that everyone does not discover it. As an associate professor, I am very pleased. First of all, there is everything in the room. The single room has air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. It's not a mini bar, it's a regular brick refrigerator! The cleanliness is incredible. Even the backs and corners where the toilet brush is kept are cleaned before you arrive, and as proof, you find the toilet waste and brush on the flush. This is a great sign of cleanliness and those who know it will know it. It means there is not a single germ left in the room. It really is. I also loved the terrace. Perfect! And its location! Turn right from the chaos (from the beach), walk 2 minutes, this quiet and clean hotel is there! Wonder! I was going to not write and keep this place to myself, but I wanted people who think like me to benefit from it. Note: Atilla brother takes care of everything. If you are thirsty at night, a large bottle of water costs 10 TL here, 16 TL at the grocery store next door, and 20 TL at other grocery stores. Brother Atilla never leaves you thirsty or in trouble. A true family business!

I came by looking at the reviews and for a 2 day stay. I say this for those who leave low scores or bad comments. Despite this price, it is clean, tidy and tidy. Only the TV doesn't have any channels, and that's it. I wonder how many apart or hostel hotels are reliable and protect their customers as if they were their own family. I liked the attention of Semra Hanım and Atilla Bey. I'll always be here from now on. Thank you for your interest ☺️
